Meet Kimberlin Brown Pelzer

Kimberlin Pelzer Brown has spent the past three decades building a multi-facetted career in business, philanthropy, entertainment and agriculture. While she is best known for her prominent role in CBS’s award winning international soap operas, she is a proud wife and mother, successful entrepreneur, philanthropist, two-time bone marrow donor, and a passionate advocate for women in politics.

Married for 27 years, Kimberlin and her husband Gary have built several successful businesses including a sports fishing and marina rental company, as well as an avocado farm. She also owns and personally operates her own successful design company, K. Brown Design. Like many small business owners, Kimberlin built her companies from the ground up and now employs over 100 Californians.

As one of a small, rare group of actors in Hollywood who are public about their conservative political beliefs, Kimberlin entered the national political spotlight as a prime time featured speaker at the Republican National Convention in 2016. She fervently spoke about small business, women in business, and securing the American Dream for future generations.

She strongly believes that the district has not been effectively represented by incumbent Raul Ruiz and his leaders Barbara Boxer, Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama.  The National Republican Congressional Committee has awarded her “Young Gun” status for her achievements as a candidate. Former White House Chief of Staff and Governor John Sununu, Congressman Ed Royce, the East Valley Republican Women’s Federated and the Riverside County Republican Party have endorsed Kimberlin over her opponents because her diverse track record of successes will enable her to be an aggressive candidate who will be a principled and effective, results driven leader in Congress.

Following in almost 8 decades of her family’s tradition of homeownership in the Coachella Valley, Kimberlin and her husband Gary live in Palm Springs. In addition to her acting career, serving as Honorary Co-Chair of the Gas Tax Repeal Campaign in CA, and managing her small business operations, she does find time to enjoy skiing, boating, golfing, and spending time with her adult children. She and Gary are also active in a number of charitable organizations and foundations including the Blue Angels Foundation, Freedom Station, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
