The Kimberlin Brown Pelzer for Congress campaign announced that Kimberlin has recently been overwhelmingly endorsed by the Republican Party of Riverside. The 36th district is entirely located in Riverside County, making Kimberlin the only candidate in the 36th district with the Republican Party’s official seal of support.
“We are honored to endorse Kimberlin Brown Pelzer, to be the next 36th Congressional District Representative,” said Jonathan Ingram, Chairman of the Riverside Republican Party. “Kimberlin’s business experience and commitment to conservative values will establish her as a Republican leader for Riverside County and Washington D.C.”
This endorsement is the latest in a solid string of momentum for Kimberlin. In Kimberlin’s first quarter of fundraising, her campaign raised more than $175,000 in contributions and out-raised her primary opponents 10 to 1…combined. The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) recently recognized Kimberlin’s campaign as the only GOP campaign in the 36th district to receive it’s “Young Guns” recognition.
“We are working hard and our message is hitting home with hard-working people across the district who want to see leadership in Washington, not more of the same from career politicians who haven’t delivered for this district,” said Brown Pelzer. “I have a track record of success, follow through on my promises, and get results. The strong, early support for our campaign clearly represents that.”
Congressional District 36 covers large portions of eastern Riverside County. The district extends from Hemet east to Blythe and covers the majority of desert communities including Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indio, Coachella, Rancho Mirage, Desert Hot Springs, Indian Wells, and Cathedral City. The district has a Cook PVI rating of D+2 and is one of the NRCC’s top California targets.
Kimberlin and her husband Gary have built several successful businesses from the ground up. She also personally owns and operates her own successful design company, K. Brown Design. Together, they employ over 100 Californians. The Pelzer’s are homeowners in Palm Springs and are active in a number of charitable organizations and foundations.
